역발상 투자형에 뽑힌 기업은 영업이익률과 순이익률 차이가 큰 회사입니다. 영업이익률이 최소 5% 이상이면서 순이익률은 매우 낮거나 오히려 마이너스를 기록한 기업이 주로 포함됩니다. 영업 실적은 괜찮지만 영업 외적인 요인으로 인해 순이익이 낮거나 적자를 기록한 경우입니다.

이렇게 영업이익과 차이가 큰 경우는 종속기업 손익, 외환 손익, 투자자산 손익, 파생상품 손익 때문에 주로 일어납니다. 이들 손익 떄문에 순이익이 낮게 나왔다면 일시적인 손실일 가능성이 높습니다. 이를 재무제표와 주식 담당자와의 통화를 통해 확인하면 일시적인 손실로 인해 주가가 급락한 우량 기업을 싸게 살 수 있는 기회를 찾을 수 있습니다.

아래 표에서 (영업이익률-순이익률) 차이가 큰 기업 중 영업이익률(5~10% 이상)이 높고, 재무 안전성이 갖춰진 기업을 찾으면 좋습니다.
